SPCL said they were going to file around Jan 31. Now it's June and they still haven't filed or responded to the SEC request for information.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT, -they have less than two weeks (until June 18) to file.

If they don't meet the June 18 deadline, IT'S ALL OVER FOR SHAREHOLDERS!

Considering that SPCL management has done nothing so far, why is everyone here so optimistic?

Based on their past actions, it doesn't look good to me.
