The only thing that gives them any cred in my book is showing a profit, or at least CFP from ops.

Profit takes time for a startup. It does not happen overnight... and the legal MJ sector is young and due to grow at a rapid pace for years

A savvy investor looks at the strategic moves a company makes early on and if these moves are capable of producing a profit in the future.

If they land this massive grower in Cali, its a significant step towards this goal... along with the other producing property which will harvest soon.
