Hi Sam Smith how about a screen shot of that email to put us to ease. To much bs here and I need proof.

Why several of us continue to reply to anti AMFE posters makes me shake my head.Even posting on their other stock board makes me really question some of us.

So basically he said nothing but issued another mea culpa regarding the audit, saying it's "almost done," and said PRs are coming....

But he did sound "genuine!"

Sorry just not believable. According to CEO Roger's response to you saying "the Audit is very close" when four weeks ago he said the audit was "completed." Also unbelievable is CEO Roger saying to you "he won't release any updates regarding the audit" then proceeds to update you but not all shareholders. Next unbelievable is CEO Roger said "he would start releasing news more often."
Roger must be one of the dumbest CEO's of all time.

Something wrong here with AMFE and CEO Roger. CEO Roger is a plain and simple Liar and should resign.

Really appreciate the feedback Sam Smith....don't feel obligated to respond to anyone "pressing" you with further information! You have us a very good summation and that is adequate for EVERYONE. Just knowing how the board has been I hope you aren't asked to try to provide what amounts to suggesting Roger's thinking in any details. That would unfortunately turn into a real mess with accusations Roger lied about this response or that response...etc.

I am fine with letting the PR addressing the finalized signing of the audit come to US...wish everyone else could do the same....stop guessing and creating only more disappointment when their guess didn't happen. You have confirmed everything that is important to know...basically that Roger using the CFO Squad and RBSM are doing all they can to conclude this long process and also that Roger and the company continue to stay busy running Amfil as they should be doing. Case closed...thanks a lot!! Cheers! tuna

When is the last time you saw a successful scammer that didn't sound genuine? This means nothing. Apparently we are waiting for the "moving parts" to stop so an audit can get filed.
