Roger responded to my email. He mentioned that CFOSquad and RBSM are working diligently to get this audit completed. He also added that he won't release any updates regarding audit. We will know once the audit is fully done.

Roger said that a lot of people emailed him with ridiculous story asking if audit would never be filed due to fundamental problem or some conspiracy theory, etc. Such issues do not exist. And moving forward, audit will be much smoother.
He further stated that there are a lot of moving parts that needed to be updated and that CFO Squad along with RBSM are working diligently to take it to the finish line.

He also disagreed to my statement that we have made little progress so far compared to last year. In fact, he said that they have been very busy and lot of things are going on internally. As mentioned on the latest PR, Roger said he will start releasing The news more frequently.

Important thing to note is that he sounded very genuine in his email and mentioned that most of the shareholders really understand how long the audit process takes. He further added that - the audit is very close. This was my first time contacting him directly and he responded to me within a day.
