Rosario is an example. Great speed but never taught how to steal. Dominick Smith obviously has talent but not nearly ready when he came up. Chris Flexen another example. Young, strong, good stuff but doesn't know how to pitch. Conforto came up ok but he had 4 years of big time college baseball.
