There is a lot of missing info.
At what point, and why, did Joe receive the Preferred Series A share? He was not even listed as a director or officer of the company. The share was stated as being held by Neely in BDGR's most recent annual report.
Next thing you know, Joe is selling said share he didn't own to the Trust.
