and YES MR JOE LANZA evaded paying taxes for 10 yrs. very sad, but in the long run share holders got a little justice with the crook going to prison .....

Lanza had BDGR "gift" all of its oil interests to Lanza's private Canadian Company several years ago before he went to jail. BDGR no longer owns anything but debt......mostly to Lanza of course.
