Trunkmonk, my point was that it would be much easier if Tim was still within the company and had access to everything. Also, at this point it's very likely that the new management is still on their fact finding mission, including what Huff has been doing or not doing. I doubt they have sorted it all out yet....hence "transition period" JMHO

Actually they inforce the Securities and exchange law. Punishment for criminal wrong doing goes to the Justice Department, the infractions dealt with by the SEC provides Fines of any perps and defrocks of Brokers and Representatives.
