You are so smart to know I am no Rosa Parks. I think it is the pricipals
of what is right and what is wrong than one must stand for. The invalidation of patents by a issuing office is a disgrace and unless I
am wrong a total violation of the Constitution as if the patent isn't
your paper, and effect there is no such thing. Hence the government has
zero right to search your papers, or effects unless they suspect a crime
is involved and then and only then by getting a SEARCH WARRANT FROM A
MAGISTRATE OR JUDGE DESCRIBING THE ALLEGED CRIME THE LOCATION OF THE
SEARCH TO BE PERFORMED. The patent office by definition does a search
of your paper, effect and patent all protected by the constitution.
Then to overturn their own patent allocation is beyond belief and should
never be allowed. For the owner of the granted patent to be harmed with
no compensation is not even remotely close to what America was founded on.
