I think youre referring to october of 1998 when it first broke $20. On may 16th 1997 it was 1.73 a share. By June 27th 1997 you could have gotten one for 1.49 and been sitting pretty right now. It currently has a 52 wk high of 1639.10. That is about 100,000% from the price in '97. Using your extremely knowledgeable post as a perfect example, its very possible for a TGLO to hit 1-10$ at the very least IMHO without a r/s if delfin has even 1 billion in assets or contracts.
