Sam, stop this bullshit with market cap, market cap is an equation price*outstanding shares, so first the fair price has to be determined = mkt cap fluctuates with the price each time the price moves. Company Fair Value (Valuation) is the key not this shitty mkt cap, unless you know what is the stock fair value, then yes
