Even if the company declared bankruptcy and announced Simpson was to be beheaded for high crimes or whatever doomsday you prefer, the stock could never have an offering at 2 cents as is, the market cap would be a mere $20,000 beforehand. Everybody must think in market cap, just assume authorized is 100 trillion shares, that means nothing when outstanding is less than 1 million shares

How low can a market cap be without more than a reverse split to cry over? We will find out tomorrow, I would be surprised if there were 2 consecutive days closing below $1
