Company Valuation... interesting subject.

I am not a finance guy nor am I a doctor but I can work with some base numbers and maybe you could help with the valuation?

The liver is the most common site of metastasis in ocular melanoma. Among those who develop metastatic disease, 90% of patients develop liver disease.

Recent news reports are saying 6 in 1 million will contract OM so in the USA that would mean 326 * 6 = 1956 * 90% = 1760 potential patients annually.

Average 2 Treatments = 2 x $20,000.00 = $40,000.00

So potential Annual Revenue would be 1760 x $40,000.00 = 70.4 Million

Rule of thumb I know is 4x Annual Revenue for valuation so if just the United States I am thinking $281.6m. Add in Europe and SEA and that number grows exponentially.

I realize this is very simple and does not take into account many things but it is a starting point. So what would your valuation be?
