Thanks for sharing. Good to see they finally brought formal charges against Adam Tracy. Bad past 2 years for Tracy - being investigated by the SEC, being sued by some of his clients for bad business practices in his shell peddling business, being added to the prohibited attorneys list by OTC markets, being suspended by the Illinois State Bar, being formally charged by the SEC, and being fined by the SEC and barred from practicing in front of the SEC.
He got a write slap. Sheesh, if he wrote two fraudulent S-1s, he probably wrote many more. And then there's the problem of all those hijacked shells. But when I spoke to the SEC in Atlanta nearly two years ago, they weren't terribly interested in that.
I wonder if they even know he's been suspended by the Illinois bar.
