Yes. I wonder if Bret Steinhart was the convicted felon who died in December 2016, and Bret sort of inherited the company from him.

And another thing...

As you recall, in July 2016, the SEC filed an order to show cause against Tracy because he'd failed to respond to subpoenas issued to him in connection with this case. In the accompanying memorandum, it's noted that the Feds wanted information about an addition FOURTEEN companies.

So what about them? Were their S-1s deemed effective? If so, will they just be allowed to go on their merry way?
