No, what I am "implying" is that this POS SCAM is evidenced by the fact that no matter what happens at the PixelMags (Wholly owned subsidiary) level will not ever be reflected in the SPCL share price.

They are not bankrupt, they are adding magazines, all the great DD here points to a growing company.
