Curious that his tumor sample was sent to Memphis, when he appears to be in the UK. It may be that back then (Sept '17), Advent had not initiated tumor storage or vaccine manufacture.

I'm assuming this is another patient qualifying under UK Specials.
Which means that his neuro surgeon/oncologist must have referred him and recommended this as the treatment of choice.

UK consultants would only be doing this if they had prior knowledge of patients who had done well on the trial, I would suggest.
