I came across a GBM patient's blog he calls "Don't Panic" where he makes mention of DCVax-L - from this patient's perspective. It seems he is on the wait list for DCVax-L. Turns out he is also MGMT methylated.

In September 2017, he refers to DCVax in this manner,

Surgery will also open up a new treatment option: concoction of a promising vaccine (DC-Vax) that will 'train' my body to fight The Terminator. The alternatives? Wait-and-see or (toxic) medicines.

By October 2017, he's got himself on the wait-list.

Even after surgery I have a few bits of The Terminator floating around the rest of my brain. What to do about them? There are actually a few alternatives. Wait and see what happens (maybe the Gamma Knife needs more time to do its magic?) and just kind of hope it disappears. More surgery? Not without literally losing my mind. If you excise from one hemisphere you cannot mess around with the other. Vaccine? DCVax-L Sounds promising (personalised and non-toxic!), even if not quite a cure. But because it’s popular I’m on a wait-list and will have to just wait my turn.

Recently, here in April 2017, he writes

That leaves the desperate and the experimental. So far, the latter have proven very difficult to access. There is good stuff on the horizon (ranging from vaccines to liquid aspirin) but the red tape in this field is frustrating.

I think the wait list has been indicated to be about 6 months so his turn might be coming up shortly having put himself on it back in October 2017. Anyhow, it's always good to see that DCVax-L as a treatment is being considered by patients, at least to the point that they are putting themselves on the wait list. It's regrettable that he (and likely others) are encountering "red tape" and my guess is that it involves DCVax-L, given it's not approved yet.
