#46060 RE: turn-around-king #46057

Okay to attack LIBE's CEO here

A couple of weeks after he took over as LIBE CEO (early Oct, 2014,) "Winters" posted the following message on this board (BTW, note the language describing LIBE's future in the second paragraph):

Frank Pringle owns zero shares at this point. His wife has less than 5%. He never sold a share by our accounting. Dilution stemmed from paying his attorney with way to many shares, and to many convertible notes. Both of those situations are being addressed (hence the lack of volume of late). My understanding is Frank's off to build a new microwave company. I'm sure you can find him here on another board in a few months to continue your crusade.

Frank is a great idea man. At this juncture LIBE needs distribution and manufacturing, for which we've built an amazing team to announce over the next few weeks. From a new web presence, to investment banking, we're gearing up our national and international sales platforms that already show possible revenue in the millions....I'll release info as soon as I can (and yes, 17 years in IR I understand the value of constant communication, and only the facts).

I'm done on this board for now. Feel free to call me anyone, anytime. Go get em Hawk, he's in your backyard again.

Here is what the iHub FAQ says about CEOs posting on the board:

The CEO of the company is a member of iHub. I don't understand why I can't remove posts that discuss her as being "off topic" (discussing other Members) or "personal attack" when others say her business practices are shady.

Discussion of public figures associated with a company is appropriate dialog for our stock boards. If one of the principals of the company chooses to post on our site, they do not have the same level of immunity under the "personal attack" provision in the Terms of Use. The bottom line and rule of thumb when it comes to "personal attacks" is that iHub members are protected from them but officers of the companies being discussed are not, even if they are Members. However; Members should still be civil and express their views in a manner that is appropriate for a public forum.
