Frank Pringle owns zero shares at this point. His wife has less than 5%. He never sold a share by our accounting. Dilution stemmed from paying his attorney with way to many shares, and to many convertible notes. Both of those situations are being addressed (hence the lack of volume of late). My understanding is Frank's off to build a new microwave company. I'm sure you can find him here on another board in a few months to continue your crusade.

Frank is a great idea man. At this juncture LIBE needs distribution and manufacturing, for which we've built an amazing team to announce over the next few weeks. From a new web presence, to investment banking, we're gearing up our national and international sales platforms that already show possible revenue in the millions....I'll release info as soon as I can (and yes, 17 years in IR I understand the value of constant communication, and only the facts).
