Eclipse is NSM. Period. Can you show any proof that it is not? This has been debunked several times on this board.

And don't forget about KKR backing from behind. A 1.8B + 200M company has no problem securing a 2.75B loan with KKR backing.

LP, my view is Eclipse is those folks who own Equity Interests AND those folks who own Equity Interests are the SAME FOLKS who signed timely releases by the deadline (3/2012) to exchange former WaMu Preferred and common Equity for NewCo/WMIH shares AND Escrow ShareMarkers that are now in one’s brokerage accounts awaiting LARGE STYLE monies to be returned real soon!
