So WMIH wouldn't lose their NOLs by exchanging WMIH shares for the Equity Interests of escrows' assets? I believe I saw that theory yesterday.

We have seen the WMILT report to be another bummer... I want the same as the rest of all those who have endured 10 years of waiting.

I believe life deserves all those who have gone through the BK, Reorg & now this merger something better than $1.37... probably after merger things will kick off... but I am trying to find how or when a HLCE (Happy Life Changing Event) will happen and the dates keep on going one after another with no end in sight.

Thanks for all your contributions during these years. I know you have a good heart... I am trying to understand if there is closure on the horizon.
