The same thing had been done with PCBM, but on a much smaller scale.

Dollar wise, PCBM generated more. 24 billion shares with almost $200 Million alone in ex-cleared trades thru the same brokers. Not counting what Lo Castro dumped off of 2 Billion shares at fractions of a penny.
