If the 49% is transferred, I don’t think the RS will be needed for the uplift. That would be more unlikely though seeing it would require Richie to cough up that portion and a RS would not. The only think making it a possibility would be if he is trying to consolidate to sell the whole package (brand and distribution). Not sure if that is in the cards.
