It’s entirely possible the PPS could have a closing Bid if $.01 or more for the 30 needed for uplist. An RS could be avoided. Those 3 together with this Stock well within the 1s. From there, dilution and Sales (until profitable, then earnings will) will will dictate price movement. 1 pushing it up and dilution down.
