We have two whammies, the escrow pay and WMIH. Right now WMIH is kind of obvious, you will get at least 4X-5X return if you buy the stock. As for escrow, there are more and more evidences that we will be paid but I don't know how much and nobody knows for sure except the insiders.
It could be possible that our recovery will come through both escrow and the stock, or it could be that there will be plenty of money through escrow alone but we don't know for sure and we should not bet on just one way.
WAMU BK is kind of special and unique that it is not from a failed company but from the seizure of a healthy company and that's what attracted me in the first place, or otherwise I would not touch any BK stock with a ten foot pole because in all BK cases, shareholders got nothing and even creditors are paid only partially.
