During the midst of the crisis how many of those troubled banks had $4-$5B in a deposit account?

I'd venture to say very few to NONE since they were all illiquid and most of their assets were "toxic".

In addition WMI had WMBfsb which was cash rich and had an excellent Capital Ratio (CR), 2-3 times the requirement.

This is why WMI intended to transfer funds to WMB from WMBfsb, leaving it with a CR that was still well above the standard value.
