Rockon: Oh, I see. That way the GTE shareholders could get ripped off when it comes to the production and sale of Stratellites; a product bought and paid for by GTE shareholders potentially transferred into a totally separate company from GTE. Makes perfect sense to me. I guess if my intentions were to rip someone off, that would be the way I'd do it.
