Interesting thoughts plus I have to use my Braggs ACV beyond adding it to my homemade soups. Thanks!

Nice thread! My wife and I have two kefir smoothies a day,(with whey protein powder, green powder, and Golden Flax meal), to help get our digestion back into a better place. We just recently started drinking Bragg's ACV in sparkling water sweetened with Stevia liquid on a daily basis. Getting away from sweets, alcohol, grains, and almost all meat, really gave me a bump. I haven't felt this good since way before the stroke I had a decade ago. The new front porch (mudroom) we've been building has been a long drawn out year. After I finish the skirt today, I have many other forgotten to back burner projects I will get into. We finally put the tomatoes and green beans into the greenhouse this week. I decided to crowd it this year. @20 blue lake pole bean plants, and 7 (3 varieties) tomato plants. The Alyssum and African Blue Basil survived the winter in there and in the heat of the day, really are fantastic to the nose! In these low 60 degree days, fully ventilated, the waist high temperature gage is topping 100 degrees most days. Last year the tomatoes loved it, but the green beans were leggy, the heat making them see 12 inches between branches. Lots of height, but not near as many beans as I was expecting. I will plant some green beans outside the greenhouse this year, probably stake them in one of the flower gardens to compare which way does best in this weather. I did sew some Romaine into the flower garden near the green house last autumn, and those rascals are now bolting to seed, so Romaine here does best outside, since they survived the many days of hail over the winter. We are still getting hail as of a few nights ago.
