I love it. When I was younger I remember always hearing about people being interviewed who were over 100 and their secret was always vinegar or something fermented. I started drinking braggs apple cider vinegar with our maple syrup and water years ago and boy it helps. A man who lived down the road from me used to eat rhubarb so much that I can't hear the name and not think of him, he lived until 92 I believe. Another woman I knew who met and worked for Jospeh Pilates after she came to America from Germany through Ellis island touted walking and "hanging for 30 minutes everyday to elongate the spine". I remember a group of us going for a walk and in her late 80s or even early 90s perhaps, she was at the head of the group. Stay moving, and "let food be thy medicine"
