The only change I would suggest is to point 4:

4. Future Anavex 2-73 clinical trials will, necessarily and favorably, include only those pre-detected to have the DNA, genes, that respond positively to the molecule.

I believe response for those with the genetic signature is strongest, but would not rule out a less powerful response in others.
