It's a guess based on past experience with Ticker/Symbol changes. To be honest, it's a crap shoot at best. I've seen FINRA get it done quick (assuming the company accurately submitted paperwork when they say). FINRA will never give any information as to it's status if you call them. It will probably happen when you least expect it. In the mean time, all you can do is remain patient and accumulate more if you can. Go ANDI/UTOP and GLTA!
