I agree with one exception. I believe it signifies when the next phase starts and that will be when a barrage of contract news will be released. I honestly believe the contract news is ready now but they are waiting. Only time will tell. I'm loaded and waiting patiently. Big things heading our way this quarter! Go ANDI/UTOP and GLTA!
