As long as you buy a kind that's good and heavy, you'll like it. And they're dishwasher safe. Cast iron is a real pain in the ass to maintain. And non-stick may peel off after a few years in the dishwasher. The kinds that are supposedly non-stick and don't peel have never really worked for me.
