The Calphalon was a real POS. And you can't put them in the dishwasher.

A really good old time cast iron you don't have to worry about maintaining.

What I'm thinking of doing is going to a flea market here and seeing if I can find an old timer.

I also want a stainless and that does seem the way to go.

Just need to do my homework on them now.
