the LOD dump may be significant, considering friday was the last day alpine diluters could unload, AND, shorts often work with funders, hand in glove.

The fact that BMIC had all day to sell higher and decided to dump eod at lod is bizarre and counter productive.

i saw this on another board, thought it was interesting. a poster copied a tweet from a CEO:

Latest tweet from CEO.....

"Northbridge Financial as publicly disclosed under the 3(a)10 sold. I called them on the massive dump of their shares. They sold out because Alpine indicated this was the last day they would be able to clear 3(a)10 stock and trade positions that are triple odd priced."

i had thought the alpine mess didn't affect 3(a)10 stock, but maybe i'm wrong about that. if so, the OTC really is in for some big changes.

go, bulls!

If lenders cannot convert their debt into diluted shares then they will stop lending.

MAXD has consumed all of the money they borrowed in Jan, Feb, Mar 2018.

There will be no cash to pay for lawsuits, product development, or management's $500k/yr salaries.
