How certain are we about the new OTC rules taking effect on Monday ?

The reason I ask is because at close L2 still showed BMIC at .0005 with 25 million shares.

I would have thought that BMIC would have moved out by close in anticipation of Monday’s new rules ?

Or do we need to digest more shares first ?

The fact that BMIC had all day to sell higher and decided to dump eod at lod is bizarre and counter productive.
