It's the OTC in general which is looking for anything green to add to while most are showing signs of weakness. On the other hand LRDR has a track record ceo in the process of heading toward filings and eventual merger. Many of us who know his background are excited about this unusual opportunity at a discount to much higher valuation coming.

I am confident in my position here. I anticipate filings soon. What is soon? For me, after seeing how JA runs these RM's, days or maybe a couple of weeks. When the filings are announced, I will be smiling -- not trying to play catch-up. Joseph Arcaro has a formula to these Reverse Mergers. That is what has made his reputation.
