Because in the stream of time from now to filings coming out literally any day now, to News which follows right behind, how long are we talking here, maybe a few short weeks? Maybe even less? To me that is more than worth the wait in the meantime in addition to adding on.

I am confident in my position here. I anticipate filings soon. What is soon? For me, after seeing how JA runs these RM's, days or maybe a couple of weeks. When the filings are announced, I will be smiling -- not trying to play catch-up. Joseph Arcaro has a formula to these Reverse Mergers. That is what has made his reputation.

I know what I own here and have some time to wait for the process to work itself through the maze. Good luck trading.
