Great assumptions about Utopya! And that is all they are, assumptions. One thing that really stuck out in the post, is how you said Utopya "has already been documented as a pump&dump/insider enrichment scheme". The information you refer to, is your own speculative post from before... That's like me saying Utopya is going to make 20 billion dollars next year based on specs of the first phone and its competition's phone sells this year. Then referring to it in another post as a "documented $20 billion company"... Hilarious. Utopya will release facts when they deem necessary, until then, everyone will have to listen to more assumptions and speculation, as that is the name of the game. I know the negative posts provided on this board have no impact on my trading strategy, but keep them coming!

Thank you nodummy for the jolt of reality. The similarities to the Comet phone hype are eerily similar. My main question now is, the main players, if they've engaged in this type of penny stock scam before, are playing with fire. You can excuse the first misfire of the Comet phone with anything from inexperience to bad breaks. The second time around and people aren't going to be as forgiving. I guess the thought is the "attempt", even if a planned failure/scam, can be explained away if they know how to cover their tracks legally. I now put Utopya success at about 1,000 to 1 odds.
