No matter what is “really” going on in closed doors at IPIX...it will be interesting to see these P results. And if good or really good to see the fire it may light under some of these CDAs.

I am dreaming of a scenario that we get back over 40% PASI 75. That would be like a wildfire in 75mph winds. IMO.

It’s possible too based on pre-clinical and the overview look of the phase 2a with such a dramatic increase in efficacy from 100 to 200mg dosing. What if that doubles at 300 and maybe again doubles at 400. What if P cures psoriasis like in the mouse models? Anything is possible and I’m excited to see.

All interesting conjecture...IMO...BP is certainly in a correction mode compounded by several significant BP players bombing out with Phase 3 candidates...Friday was a bloodbath wit INCY and MRK melanoma candidate. (44% haircut from the day before and 60% drop from 52wh)...Same with LNLK down 44% on review by MRK (getting cautious)...others too had similar fates this week.

The question is will BP become more cautious and wait for more definitive results or become more desperate as patents run out and candidates bomb out? Hoping for the latter.

IPIX has been in discussions for partnerships for some time. The structure of the partnerships should have been determined. The Prurisol result well finalize the valuations. IPIX seems to have slowed all the future planning for the clinical trials which suggests to me they expect a partnership after the Prurisol trial results are reported.

If the Prurisol results are good look for a comprehensive partnership for Prurisol and Brilacidin, perhaps including Kevetrin. If Prurisol results are poor I just expect only a Brilacidin partnership.

We will know soon about the Prurisol results my guess it will be released 4/10 or 4/17. Time will tell.
