IPIX has been in discussions for partnerships for some time. The structure of the partnerships should have been determined. The Prurisol result well finalize the valuations. IPIX seems to have slowed all the future planning for the clinical trials which suggests to me they expect a partnership after the Prurisol trial results are reported.

If the Prurisol results are good look for a comprehensive partnership for at least Prurisol and Brilacidin, perhaps including Kevetrin. If Prurisol results are poor I just expect only a Brilacidin partnership.

We will know soon about the Prurisol results my guess it will be released 4/10 or 4/17. Time will tell.

P results have no direct bearing on B partnership terms. (One can concoct scenarios where they would indirectly, but there's no current basis for expecting them.) P deal depends on P results, B deal on B results and upcoming FDA meeting, since B-OM BTD might still be on the table.
