Someone posted that any buyout deal would take until around October. Aside from being unlikely at this juncture (not implausible of course), deal discussions with possible partners have been ongoing since last year. Finalizing the deal would not take that long. If anything is "serious", the only thing that would remain for finalizing is price. That does not take long. I suspect that, if there is a serious prospect, whether for partnership(s) or buyout, such finalization is waiting on B FDA meeting and/or P results. From there, it would be just weeks for terms finalization and signing.
