So much of BIEL’s stock is held very tightly, by folks who are very busy and/or do not want the bother of, or are not interested in, posting information. A number of them have also expressed that BIEL has so much potential that it just does’t matter. I tend to agree.

The recent great news remains confined to our very small universe of future BIELionaires...
I suspect once any "deal" is inked with a publicly traded pharma company then any news releases THEY create will send eyeballs our way. Investors and HedgeFunds that track the large pharma companies should be very very very interested in a little pinkystinky pennystock that just inked a real deal with a real global company. Could get very interesting very fast if the BIEL.PK is listed in the global pharma company PR announcement.

stocks get disconnected from their fundamentals and mispriced all the time, more so for small caps and OTC names, largely due to absence of sell-side research.

For BIEL, imo, the disconnect is more pronounced due to a combination of stagnant sales, ongoing conversion of the convertible debt, and poor corp governance.
