Well, you make some good points, but I disagree. I think BIEL's PPS problems are more fundamental and technical.

Boy oh boy, Blackrock and Vanguard do not invest in companies trading at a tenth of a penny, nor do they invest in any pinksheet companies EVER, period. If you knew anything about these companies, you wouldn't be spewing such nonsense.
