Helpful. Thank you. You see the Qualcomm agreement is the same one MaxD has had for years, which can be renewed yearly. No news here.

The rest of the 10k you are quoting is also basically, with a couple changes, the same as previous filings. For example the previously announced June 2017 grant of the long ago applied for sound encryption Trammel patent.

Maybe one day something will happen in these areas but it has not happened yet. And the financials are horrible. They have no money, are in debt up there their ears, and dependant on creditors to survive.

Yes, great stuff. The 10-k has a treasure trove of information. That's all the info I need for now. There are so many potential markets for this technology which improves the odds of getting of couple of big contracts this quarter. I'm still buying.
