First, lets start with $MAXD connection to $QCOM or Qualcomm, according to the latest 10k, $MAXD has a revenue share arrangement with $QCOM that automatically renews! This is huge, demonstrating that there are significant ties between the two companies and that this arrangement should last long into the future...whats more, we have an upcoming catalyst. $MAXD believes that MAXD voice will be ready for product demonstration in Q2! Second, lets take a look at the $MAXD and Google lawsuit. Although the lawsuit has recently dismissed the case stating the cause was for a lack of standing by $MAXD, the company believes they have remedied the situation and are now ready to "simply re-file together against Google."

Okay, so if a partnership with Qualcomm and a lawsuit aren't enough to get you excited, $MAXD has also recently announced that they are getting into the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency game! See below:

Next, lets analyze the Intellectual Property that $MAXD currently possesses. They have a total of 24 patents issued or pending, some of which were recently granted last year! Keep in mind there are 6 patents still pending, this could be a nice catalyst in the future as well:





Almost done...Next, we have the MAX-D App. The app has continued to gain users throughout 2017 and as the end of last year, had over 650,000 subscribers:
