I hope they do follow through. Like I already said, if they do follow through it will be a very positive event for the retail shareholders, but so far no amendment has been filed. At this point it is just another press release promise like the no more dilution promise from the December 20th press release that didn't come true.
If they do follow through then you can thank the people that exposed the Series B preferred share dilution threat. If ANDI could have changed the conversion of the series B preferred stock at any time then why did the Utopya team wait until the dilution threat was exposed putting them under pressure to make the change? Why did they issue 510,000,000 free trading shares of stock first?
