Riddle me this. If I had a share of that stock, I could either get that $2 or I could convert it today for 2000 shares of common stock and get around $30 for it, right? Wonder which option those shareholders will take?

As of this moment ANDI still has 18,752,860 Series B Preferred shares convertible into 37,505,720,000 more free trading common shares. And the ANDI shareholders have a promise that the conversion rate will be changed.

and IIIIIFFFFF they actually can and do pull this off....those B shares can then only be converted at 3750572...or 37 million shares at most?
