So it looks like we should see information in the 10-k related to share purchasing of the float, perhaps....what I am most interested in here is whether we would see information around assets, the connections of those to the shell, and development plans.....

Do you mean 0.07 , 0.7 or 7 $ per shares ? If it is 7$ a shares does that mean our shares equates to same value ?

How is Egan selling his shares a positive thing for us commons? I think we're worth quite a bit more than where we stand now, but if he didn't wanna stay until 20, or whatever people are touting here, isn't that a bad sign? What incentive does the company have to not wipe out all prior shareholders once he leaves?
